Terms of Service (MVP)

LANDSAGE by EstateQ is an MVP platform for preliminary land discovery, verification workflow, and matching between buyers and agents focused on EEC industrial and commercial land. By using the platform during the pilot you accept these MVP terms.

Information on the platform is for preliminary discovery only. LANDSAGE does not guarantee ownership, boundaries, zoning, encumbrances, valuation, financing terms, or transaction completion. Listings reflect the information submitted by agents and verified to varying degrees by our admin team.

Buyers must independently verify legal title, deed authenticity, zoning, road access, utilities, and any other factors material to their decision before signing or transferring funds. Engaging qualified Thai legal counsel and surveyors is strongly recommended.

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of the listings, documents, and co-broking terms they submit. Misleading listings, duplicate posts, or unauthorised use of third-party documents will result in removal and may end participation in the pilot.

Do not scrape the platform, attempt to access accounts you do not own, upload unlawful content, or impersonate others. The admin team may suspend or remove accounts at its discretion during the pilot.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LANDSAGE and EstateQ are not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform information. The platform is provided "as is" during the pilot. Formal terms will be issued for commercial launch.
