Privacy Notice (MVP)

Last updated · June 2026

What we collect

During the pilot we may collect: account information (name, email, role), contact details (phone, LINE ID, company), buyer requirements you submit, land listing data you publish as an agent, uploaded documents (deeds, plot plans), activity and audit logs, and basic usage data needed to operate the platform.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the platform: authenticate users, route buyer briefs to relevant agents, surface matched listings, verify listing data, run the admin review workflow, maintain an audit trail, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Who can see it

Public marketplace pages show only fields explicitly marked as public on approved listings. Deed numbers, private documents, and buyer contact details are restricted by role (buyer, agent, admin) and enforced server-side. Administrators of the pilot may access records for verification and support.

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the pilot. Audit logs are append-only and retained for traceability.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account or correction of your data by contacting us. Some records (e.g. audit logs of admin actions) may be retained where required for the integrity of the platform.

Legal review pending

This MVP notice is intentionally lightweight. A formal privacy policy will be reviewed by legal counsel before LANDSAGE moves out of pilot and into commercial launch.

This document covers the MVP pilot of LANDSAGE by EstateQ and is intended for participants of the controlled pilot. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice and will be replaced by reviewed legal documents prior to commercial launch. Questions: contact us.
